DACE - Department of Adult Continuing Education

The Department of Adult Continuing Education (DACE), at Swansea University is where staff work with learners on campus and in the community to provide opportunities for them to learn at a level at which they are comfortable. DACE work in close partnership at a range of community venues where adult learners can study in a safe, welcoming and convenient environment.

DACE offers enjoyable and stimulating part-time, community-based learning for adults in the South West Wales region. DACE listen to their  learners, ensuring that University courses and progression routes are relevant, clearly described and open to all.

DACE provide opportunities for personal growth and new skills development by increasing social, political and cultural awareness; transforming lives and changing communities!
